1. All rooms require a 2-hour minimum.
2. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your session, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled session or your card will be charged with no exceptions.
3. Payment will be taken when you book online. If you cancel 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will be refunded the full amount (minus processing fees).
4. You will be charged for the time slot you reserved. If you start late or finish early, you will be charged the full amount for the time reserved.
5. Your reserved time slot includes loading and unloading. For example, if you reserved 6pm to 9pm you may load in at 6:00 and are expected to be packed up and out of the room at 9:00.
6. We do our best to accommodate our customers. If no one is scheduled before your reserved time slot we may allow you to load in 15 minutes early.
7. The rooms are set up with one half stack and one combo guitar amp. Bass amps are provided along with a shell drum kit (no cymbals) and PA system with 3 or 4 microphones. You are expected to bring your own cables, drumsticks, hi-hat clutches, guitar picks, batteries etc…We rent additional items if you need them, However, depending on demand, additional items may not be available.
8. Prices do not include sound engineers or roadies. We offer a basic set up, but to keep the prices reasonable, services do not include our staff to fully run the lighting, PA equipment or to re-arrange the rooms equipment. The rooms are set up as is and customers are expected to adjust to the rooms accordingly.
9. Music stands and stools are available, but not always guaranteed depending on how busy we are at the time of your rehearsal.
10. It is ok to bring a few friends along. However, gatherings of over 10 people will be charged an additional $20 per person. No more than 20 people are allowed in the room at any time.
11. When making a reservation, you are agreeing to our terms and policies.
How do I book a rehearsal time?
Customers must use our on-line booking calendar. This way you can manage any edits to your booking throughout the process.
What is the cancelation policy?
We require at least a 48-hour notice. You will be charged the full amount of your reserved time if you fail to notify us within the 48-hour period. We understand that things come up. We can be flexible from time to time. However, we must enforce this policy to provide availability for our clients on our online booking calendar. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Is loading time included in my session time?
Yes. To be fair to other guests, you are required to occupy the room within your reserved booking time. This includes your set up are breakdown time and you will be charged if you fail to vacate the room promptly.
What do I need to bring to my rehearsal?
We provide a full back line including guitar and bass amps, drum sets (not including cymbals), PA system and microphones. We ask that musicians bring their own basic supplies beyond what is provided in the room. Such items you should bring are instrument cables, Hi-hat clutches, cymbals, pedals, guitar picks, straps, etc…These and more accessories are available for rent upon request, as well as drumsticks, earplugs, and batteries.
What is the parking situation?
We have a large parking area in the front gate entrance just off Deering Avenue. Parking near the front door entrance is reserved only for handicap parking and 15-minute loading only.
Can I rent instruments at the studio?
Yes. We have a small selection of guitars and basses only.
Is food allowed?
Yes, we allow light snacks and drinks in the rooms. However, we ask that you take extra care to not damage our equipment, or you will be charged. You are required to dispose of any waste and leave the room as it was before your visit. In addition, we do offer food, snacks, hot and cold drinks at our onsite café.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside, but we do offer a comfortable outside smoking environment.
Are there bathrooms on site?
Yes. We have one well kept clean bathrooms available.
All Studios are soundproofed and contain split unit air conditioning, adjustable lighting, and lots of furniture to make yourself feel at home.
We have indoor and outdoor lounges if you need a break.
We offer a selection of hot and cold snacks and beverages as well as coffee and tea.
We have a large free private parking area on the premises. We offer up front handicap and 15-minute loading near our front door entrance.
Free WIFI is available to all guests as well as blue tooth capabilities on our PA systems.
Because of the high demand for these lockouts, we keep a waiting list with our "Hourly" customers with first rights. Occasionally, a group may need a lockout for a few days, or a few weeks. We can negotiate a fair price in our hourly studios for this.
For best results, bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance. Rooms come with the equipment listed above. Drummers are expected to bring their own cymbals and snare drums. Cymbals, snares, and other equipment can be rented upon request. Bookings require a credit card to hold the room. Thank you!
